We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Items must be unused and in original condition.

2. Process

To initiate a return, contact us at lumidrip@yahoo.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
